Your parent portal contains lots of information regarding the classes you attend, exam results, festival entries, invoices and your tailored calendar amongst many other things. To access the parent portal to view your account, please follow the instructions below.
If you have not received an email with your personal link, please email nic@livetodance.co.uk to request one.
Click on the link in your email to find the home page of your parent portal. Use the information in your email to access the page. You can change your password in Account Settings.
From this landing page you will be able to view your account and the details we hold for you. Please email nic@livetodance.co.uk to let us know about any changes to your personal information.
You will also be able to see the classes your children are enrolled in, in a calendar view, your statement of account and any files or information we need to share with you including exam entries and results, festival entries and results and music files for exams or rehearsals. A copy of many important emails sent to you are also stored here for your reference.
If you are checking your outstanding invoices and you believe you have made a payment more than 30 days previously that has not been logged, please contact Mel on enquiries@livetodance.co.uk with the payment details so she can add it for you.
If you have made a payment within the last 30 days, please give us a little time to manually add these to your account.
